The initial works completed by the lovely George of the external flue and tap extensions got things off to a good start. George was polite, respectful of my property and conscientious. A week later the main work started. Arturas, Rytis & Faustas worked so hard over 3 very full days and despite a couple of hitches, they made me aware of them even though they were able to resolve them. I hope the ice lollies provided helped in some way to keep them going. They cleared everything at the end of every work day and on completion of the work made sure I was 100% happy before they left.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On Thursday 9th July 2026 we had the most fantastic team of men came to do our loft and under floor insulation. The team consisted of Eve, Benas, Tomas and Antanas. I can honestly say that I have never seen anything like it. In record breaking temperatures these 4 men did not faulter. They worked so incredibly hard without complaint or moaning. They were polite, curtious and knowledgeable. The work was carried out to perfection. Photo's were taken of before and after and shown to us. We would 110% recommend Platinum Park Home Services to anyone considering having any renovation work done to their Park Home. I was very happy with the work that was done on my parkhome by the platinumTEAM the guys that worked here worked very hard and kept the place clean and tidy. The standard of work is excellent. We are very happy with the whole project, and pleased that Anthony did the work, he is what I call an old school, great tradesman. We had a small hiccup with the shower drainage (not caused by PPHS) nevertheless Anthony sorted it out promptly and effectively, and finished our bathroom.

Bathroom Refurbishment, Berkshire

Ms Goodwin came to us because her mothers previous bathroom space was under utilised and it was looking a little tired.

Here's what we did;

We removed the bath that was difficult to access and fitted a much more accessible shower tray. This was a walk-in shower, making life much easier for Ms Goodwin’s Mother.
We “aquaboarded” the walls leaving a new, clean and fresh look to the bathroom.
We also updated the flooring which was in need of some TLC!
We fitted Vinyl click flooring, which comes with a 20 year residential guarantee. This is a rubberised flooring, which can accept slight movement (Park Homes can contract and expand slightly). It is also waterproof, which is very important, as Park Home floors do attract moisture easily which can lead to further issues down the line.

We were very happy with the final finish on this job, and loved working for and with Ms Goodwin and her mother!

I found that Anthony was really hard working and efficient. Anthony took the lead on the job and fitted my bathroom in 5 days. I was never left without the use of my toilet, which is really important and that is the only one in my home. At the end of each day Ant explained what he had achieved, which left me with confidence, and he showed me how to use the taps and the new blinds which was really helpful.

I am very pleased with my new beautiful bathroom. All I had to do was keep him going with coffee!
