I have just had my external wall insulation completed and I couldn't be happier. The initial works completed by the lovely George of the external flue and tap extensions got things off to a good start. George was polite, respectful of my property and conscientious. A week later the main work started. Arturas, Rytis & Faustas worked so hard over 3 very full days and despite a couple of hitches, they made me aware of them even though they were able to resolve them. I hope the ice lollies provided helped in some way to keep them going. They cleared everything at the end of every work day and on completion of the work made sure I was 100% happy before they left. I really am very happy that I chose Platinum for this work.+2Posted on Google
Helen Read3 February 2026BIG SHOUT OUT AND A HUGE THANX TO TEAM TYBY!! Professional polite hard working team who worked tirelessly over 3 days to transform our dated park home with External Wall Insulation. Never have we seen a team work so hard! The garden was left tidier than when they arrived! Even the plants got wrapped and cared for! The result is amazing we are over the moon! Should have had it done years ago. From the initial visit from Beth answering our endless questions to any queries we had, nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Platinum Park Home Services. We have fell back in love with our home. Samantha30 January 2026Cannot recommend Platinum Park Home Services highly enough. We contacted them to help with renovations of a park home that was in probate and in desperate need of some TLC. Sam was so helpful from the start, offering really helpful, practical advice when planning the work to make the most of our budget. We decided to change the layout and were thrilled with the result. Platinum took down walls to expand and totally refit the bathroom and enlarge the bedroom. They also evaluated the overall condition of the property and carried out chassis maintenance and replacement of the struts. Anthony and Nandor were brilliant and carried out the work to a really high standard. Amy in the office was so friendly and kind, keeping us updated every step of the way. Overall we were absolutely thrilled with the result and with the professional service provided by the Platinum team. Thank you!+4Posted on Google

Keith Dakin-Young27 May 2026Where can we start. The whole team at Platinum from the initial meeting with Bethany to the last days work has been faultless. The park home was owned by my late Mother-in-Law who was in her 90s so consequently not a lot had been update or to be honest maintained in recent years. So this was a big project from the start. New kitchen and bathroom, repairs to the porch, new internal doors, underfloor and exterior wall insulation was the planned list. The bathroom was totally gutted and replaced with a shower room the layout altered to give more space. A new floor had to be installed before all this could start. Ant and Ethan got on to the job and nothing seemed to faze them any problems large or small were overcome with no drama. The choice of floor and wall finishes were really good which made it easy to decide what we wanted. The kitchen was ripped out original built in cupboards were removed to enlarge the space and a kitchen planner met us and went through the first stage of the design after a little bit of adjusting the layout we agreed with the layout and Howdens supplied the kitchen on time and all there. Once again the work was done by Ant and Ethan in the same professional manner as the bathroom. Again the choice of floor and wall finishes was great making the final decision easy. Outside and underneath the chassis was sanded of and repainted with a quality paint and the support jacks were replaced. Then the underfloor insulation was installed not a job that I would fancy doing but the guys who did ( we didn't get there names sorry) did a great job. They were the same team that carried out the exterior insulation which was done in exactly the same way as all the other carried out by Platinum totally professional with a care to the customer. At the end of each day the place was cleared of any rubbish and taken away to be disposed of at their yard. Once again we cannot recommend Platinum enough from the guys that do the work who all are courteous, polite and professional. To the folks in the office who were at all times friendly and helpful. We must include Bethany who got the ball rolling on this project with Sam installing us with confidence in the company from day 1. So thank you allPosted on Google

I emailed and asked for a quote. After providing details asked for I waited for the surveyor to contact me. After a week of silence I had to call them. They have subsequently emailed to say they are only taking on large projects so won’t be able to do my work. Firstly, why didn’t they tell me that a week ago and secondly, why didn’t I have to chase them to find this out. Disappointing, so please make sure they will be able to do your work when you make your initial enquiry so you don’t waste your time.Posted on Google
Sarah Howden15 April 2026In the last few months Platinum have installed air con, extractor fans, underfloor heating and external wall insulation for me. They applied and gained a government grant for the insulation work and fans, making it a seemless process for me, they kept me me up to date at all times, and there was always someone to ring and ask if I had any queries. All the work was done to a very high standard and everyone was so reliable, turning up within minutes of the estimated arrival time. The team who installed the insulation worked so hard that even my neighbours commented on it, as well as how nice my home now looked. I have found everyone at Platinum to be so friendly , helpful and efficient, and they just don't stop until everything is absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommendPosted on Google

The quality of their installation and attention to finish detail stands out amongst other homes who have had similar work undertaken by others. Seldom have I encountered a group of workers who decline refreshments in favour of finishing the job!! Thanks also to the project team who organised the installation programme to suit my diary and who sourced additional materials to ensure a match to the original home. Well done Platinum, you’ll have my recommendation!Posted on Google

The team we had of Arturas, Tomas & Rytis are truly commendable, the nicest trio of workmen ever! So polite, hardworking and tidy! From start to finish, the entire process with Platinum was seamless, thanks to their professionalism, information, knowledge and customer support, with huge thanks to Paige, Jess & Tawny in the office for keeping us updated throughout. What sets Platinum Park Homes apart is not only their expertise in refurbishment but also their attitude toward the customer - and their honesty. Right from meeting Sam they took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of the project was tailored to my satisfaction and within our budget without pushing us to buy “extras” which we’d been stung with before. The end result totally exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the transformation of our home. Overall, we highly recommend Platinum Park Homes to anyone looking for top quality refurbishment services.
