The work recently carried out by Sebi, Tyby and Gabriel was done to the highest standard. They began very early and continued working throughout the day, not leaving until it was completed which was about 7.00pm, with just a short break for lunch. They made sure that everything was neat and tidy adding a few extra touches where necessary, cleaning up and taking away ALL the rubbish. One would never have known that they had been here.
Their politeness and manners were exemplary and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them and their work to everyone.

Could not recommend Platinum Park homes services highly enough, excellent work from Tyby, Sebi and Gabriel, worked very hard, 11 and 12 hour days, very hot weather, but carried on working, very pleased and over the moon with end result, thank you guys

Where can we start. The whole team at Platinum from the initial meeting with Bethany to the last days work has been faultless.
The park home was owned by my late Mother-in-Law who was in her 90s so consequently not a lot had been update or to be honest maintained in recent years. So this was a big project from the start. New kitchen and bathroom, repairs to the porch, new internal doors, underfloor and exterior wall insulation was the planned list.
The bathroom was totally gutted and replaced with a shower room the layout altered to give more space. A new floor had to be installed before all this could start.
Ant and Ethan got on to the job and nothing seemed to faze them any problems large or small were overcome with no drama. The choice of floor and wall finishes were really good which made it easy to decide what we wanted.
The kitchen was ripped out original built in cupboards were removed to enlarge the space and a kitchen planner met us and went through the first stage of the design after a little bit of adjusting the layout we agreed with the layout and Howdens supplied the kitchen on time and all there.
Once again the work was done by Ant and Ethan in the same professional manner as the bathroom. Again the choice of floor and wall finishes was great making the final decision easy.
Outside and underneath the chassis was sanded of and repainted with a quality paint and the support jacks were replaced. Then the underfloor insulation was installed not a job that I would fancy doing but the guys who did ( we didn't get there names sorry) did a great job. They were the same team that carried out the exterior insulation which was done in exactly the same way as all the other carried out by Platinum totally professional with a care to the customer.
At the end of each day the place was cleared of any rubbish and taken away to be disposed of at their yard.
Once again we cannot recommend Platinum enough from the guys that do the work who all are courteous,polite and professional.
To the folks in the office who were at all times friendly and helpful.
We must include Bethany who got the ball rolling on this project with Sam installing us with confidence in the company from day 1.

Today the team came to my park home to install a loft trap. They were polite, clean, tidy and did a lovely job at the end of a busy day. They worked well together and did the job quickly and efficiently with the very minimum of fuss. Would definitely use them again. Thank you.😃

In the last few months Platinum have installed air con, extractor fans, underfloor heating and external wall insulation for me.
They applied and gained a government grant for the insulation work and fans, making it a seemless process for me, they kept me me up to date at all times, and there was always someone to ring and ask if I had any queries.
All the work was done to a very high standard and everyone was so reliable, turning up within minutes of the estimated arrival time. The team who installed the insulation worked so hard that even my neighbours commented on it, as well as how nice my home now looked.
I have found everyone at Platinum to be so friendly , helpful and efficient, and they just don't stop until everything is absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend
