The initial works completed by the lovely George of the external flue and tap extensions got things off to a good start. George was polite, respectful of my property and conscientious. A week later the main work started. Arturas, Rytis & Faustas worked so hard over 3 very full days and despite a couple of hitches, they made me aware of them even though they were able to resolve them. I hope the ice lollies provided helped in some way to keep them going. They cleared everything at the end of every work day and on completion of the work made sure I was 100% happy before they left.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On Thursday 9th July 2026 we had the most fantastic team of men came to do our loft and under floor insulation. The team consisted of Eve, Benas, Tomas and Antanas. I can honestly say that I have never seen anything like it. In record breaking temperatures these 4 men did not faulter. They worked so incredibly hard without complaint or moaning. They were polite, curtious and knowledgeable. The work was carried out to perfection. Photo's were taken of before and after and shown to us. We would 110% recommend Platinum Park Home Services to anyone considering having any renovation work done to their Park Home. I was very happy with the work that was done on my parkhome by the platinumTEAM the guys that worked here worked very hard and kept the place clean and tidy. The standard of work is excellent. The speed is incredible. They work so hard I could not believe it. It was 35° when we had our work done and they worked all day for 10 hours. I will recommend them to anybody.

Mrs Freshwater came to us as she’d recently purchased her first Park Home, and she was looking for a local and reliable company to open up her kitchen and create a beautiful, fresh, open planned kitchen and dining area

The Customer Brief

The previous occupants had divided the kitchen and living room space and it was claustrophobic, but Mrs Freshwater had the vision to ask us to remove the wall and redesign the space. She wanted new flooring, electrical and structural work carried out, and a new kitchen, fitted into the new open planned area created.

The work we carried out

Head of Kitchen and Bathroom installation; Anthony Nally visited Mrs Freshwater and spent time working through her requirements, after all information was gathered Anthony went away and produced a design that she was extremely happy with.

The design was focused on opening up the existing space, and widening the area. The Park Home is a double home, so we were able to span the kitchen space to 20 feet wide, which provided decadent worktop runs, ideal for hosting guests, or simply preparing food in an uncluttered and modern environment. The photographs of this project speak for themselves, this kitchen is akin to a show home kitchen, and all Mrs Freshwater’s neighbours were very impressed.

Absolutely delighted with the work and impressed with the fitters. Efficient and very polite and a delight to have in my home. They did actually go over and above expectations, especially Anthony, nothing is too much trouble.
