Works Undertaken:
We were asked to make Mr & Mrs Sollis’ bathroom more accessible and modern.
To achieve this we removed their bath and replaced it with an easy access, non-slip, low profile shower with fixed screen. This meant that they could get in and out of the shower, without having to step into a bath. Furthermore, we supplied a high rise toilet making using it more comfortable to use and get on and off of.
Mr & Mrs Sollis wanted to make the most out of their limited storage space, therefore we fitted two wall units for them to pack their bathroom toiletries away neatly! Their floor was finished in a rubber, vinyl click, waterproof flooring with a 25 year guarantee, that will keep the Park Home subfloor nice and dry as it should be, prolonging the life of the whole Park Home!
Mr & Mrs Sollis also found their floor was very cold. We therefore fitted our Underfloor Insulation system, and after 2 days Mr Sollis remarked he was able to turn down the heating by 2 degrees!!
