The work

Phil, one of our Park Home Surveyors, visited Mrs Wring to carry out an initial assessment of the park home. There were a few issues to discuss such as the rotten walls (and the need to replace these with new ply before insulation installation could proceed), rusted chassis and rotten timbers. Phil took a detailed brief, inspecting all necessary areas of the home and reassured Mrs Wring that her park home was in safe hands.

In all we completed a range of services for Mrs Wring including:

• Replace rotten left side of the park home, and two sections on the right
• Replace rotten timbers
• Wire brush and repaint chassis
• Install replacement jacks
• Insulate under the floor with 40mm insulation
• Insulate the external walls with 60mm insulation

The result

The before and after photos speak for themselves on this project. But not only that, Mrs Wring can rest in the knowledge that her park home has had a complete overhaul and will be sure to provide a warm, secure and energy efficient environment to live in for years to come.
