It is a rapidly changing situation, and at Platinum Park Home Services, we are monitoring and managing the situation in real-time to ensure we continue to look after our people, as well as to serve our customers.
We’ve already taken action to protect our teams, and we have enacted revised working policies in our Office & On Site, based on Governmental health advice.
I want to reassure our customers about our strength as a company, our due diligence, and our commitment to continue to serve you, whilst protecting our employees and you, our customer.
We have implemented a number of revised working practices, to ensure that we can continue to complete installations, whilst still protecting both our employees and customers.
If you are an existing customer of Platinum, you will have received a letter from us detailing these revised working practices, but if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.
If you are interested in securing a works quotation from us, then we have systems in place to facilitate this, which include No Contact visits to survey the exterior of your home. We have also ensured that we ordered sufficient materials in advance, to allow us to ensure that we can continue to insulate Park Homes, should the current unfolding events cause supplier disruption.
Platinum is well prepared – our systems, technology and working policies are robust and reliable. We have strong risk management protocols in place to ensure ongoing safety and security. Plus, of course, what hasn’t changed is our people – knowledgeable, helpful, and here to help.
