Tasmin heads up the Operations at Platinum and understands every nut and bolt of the business. The whole team looks up to Tasmin for guidance and advice, and she ensures every member of staff benefits from her intrinsic knowledge and understanding of successful business Operations.

Her attention to detail and fierce focus on processes has enabled the company to grow and multiply from a rock-solid foundation.

Caitlin heads up our renewables and heating funding projects and wears many hats across the business, from managing HR tasks to building and maintaining strong relationships with our extensive network of installers..

Her versatility, combined with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for efficient project management, ensures each scheme runs smoothly and delivers maximum benefit to our customers.

Josh brings a wealth of knowledge to Platinum and has implemented innovative ideas to the business allowing the business to improve exponentially and efficiency.

He has researched and developed new systems that have been brought to market and to add to this now also oversees our Marketing Department.

Rachel plays an important role in supporting the delivery of our projects, helping to keep workflows organised and teams aligned.
