I found Platinum Park Home Services after being let down by another Park Home company. Coming across Platinum was a breath of fresh air.
I’m so glad I was able to have the insulation funded given the sudden energy price rise as it has given me great comfort knowing my home now retains the heat much better, so I don’t have to worry as much about my energy bills going sky high. Because my boiler was so old, I also qualified for Platinum’s fuel poverty fund, and they replaced it fully funded, with no contribution required by myself.
The communication with the office was really good, Beth was very helpful, and it was good getting to know the team, I didn’t feel like just a number. The men that worked on my home were lovely, and they worked right through a heat wave, they made no mess and asked for nothing. I would and have already recommended Platinum to my neighbours, a pleasure to work with.
