The whole process was very simple and the team made it very pleasant (particularly Tommy & Olly). PPHS were trustworthy and I could leave home whilst they were working safe in the knowledge nothing would go wrong. The lads were polite and made me laugh, they were very clean and tidy and all round good guys. From survey stage I was at ease and things were explained simply to me. My overall experience with the office was great and everyone was polite and helpful, nothing was too much hassle. I don’t have any negatives to say about PPHS and would recommend.
