I felt I must write to thank you all for the excellent service you provide.
The friendly & helpful ladies who answer the phone, (who are not worried by my lack of modern technology!) – thank you for your kindness & patience.
The 3 men who came to do the work were wonderful. I was told what they would be doing, and why. They were thorough & careful, all surrounding surfaces covered, including the windows! (Even better, they did not need loud music in order to work!)
I wish that all the companies I deal with were as pleasant and efficient as you have been on both of the occasions you have done work for me.
